Venue Hire and Services

We are pleased to offer complimentary room hire* for your next event at the Croatian Club.

Inclusions
The following are offered as standard in all functions:

• Cake &/or gift table

• Round tables of 10-12 guests (standard based on 10 guests)

• White linen tablecloths

• Paper serviettes (linen napkins are available at $4 each)

• Cordless microphone

• Accessible bathrooms

• Ample car parking on site

• Special dietary requirements can be catered to (e.g. vegetarian, gluten free etc.) provided notification is received no later than 7 days prior

*Complimentary room hire is subject to a minimum of 45 guests and does not include functions where only food from the corporate or finger food menu is served.

Terms of Booking

Function duration and excess charges

Our standard function duration is for a 5-hour period. Functions exceeding this time period will be charged at $250 per 30 minutes for standard functions, or $300 per 30 minutes for engagement parties.

Our standard Wedding duration is until 12.00 am. Weddings exceeding 12.00 am will be charged at $500 per 30 minutes up until 1.00 am at the latest.

Tentative bookings

We can hold tentative bookings for a two-week period without a deposit, however a non-refundable deposit of $200 is required to secure standard function bookings and a non-refundable deposit of $1,000 is required to secure wedding bookings. Final payment for functions is to be settled at the completion of your function. Final payment for weddings is required in full on the Monday prior to your wedding.

Final numbers

Menus must be finalised 2 weeks prior to your function with an indication of guest numbers. Final guest numbers must be confirmed no later than 7 days prior to your function.

Accepted payment types

We accept cash, debit and credit cards*. We do not accept AMEX or Diners. We will only accept cheques from full members of the Club.

*Payments over $1,000 made by credit card will incur a 1% fee.
